Payroll Manager for the Midlands Region
Michelle is our Payroll Manager for the Midlands region based from within our Tamworth hub. Michelle has over 10 years’ experience in processing payroll’s for a wide range of business from 1 employee to many hundreds. Her role encompasses managing the outsourced payroll department of 16 members of staff and the team includes a number of specialists in fields such as CIS and Auto-Enrolment.
Michelle has a very good working knowledge of Star and Sage Payroll along with other payroll software packages and prides herself on being available to clients for all sorts of payroll queries which she deals with promptly and efficiently. A part of Michelle’s role is to manage the transition of new payroll clients ensuring a smooth change-over and offering a tailored service based on the client’s needs.
