BACS Payment Facility:

At PayeStaff we have the facility to make BACS payments directly into your employees bank accounts. We are also able to BACS your monthly or quarterly payments to HMRC.

Password Protected Emailed Payslips:

We are able to provide a payslip in PDF format emailed directly to your employees chosen email address. The employee will also choose their own password for added security.

Administration of your staff payroll:

We will set up your new starters, print payslips and relevant reports, process payments to your staff, process leavers and print P45’s, to name just a few. Forms will be provided to you in an easy to use format so you can complete all the necessary information and return them to us for processing.

Statutory payments and ongoing legislation:

PayeStaff are fully conversant with all the latest government legislation relieving you of this added, unnecessary pressure.
We will process all statutory payments such as maternity pay and sickness payments in accordance with government legislation. Your contracted obligations to your staff will also be processed as and when required.

Year End Returns:

Online submission of form P35/P14’s and printing of employees P60’s.

Reconciliation of PAYE figures:

Ongoing reconciliation of payments made to HMRC ensuring figures agree at tax year end.

P11d’s:

Should your employees require P11d’s at the end of the tax year our tax department will provide these for you as well as submitting the relevant information to HMRC.

Help & Support:

Our expert and qualified payroll staff are on hand to answer any queries or problems you may have with regards to payroll matters.

Payroll Health Checks:

Should you wish to run your payroll in-house we can offer a ‘Payroll Health Check’ to ensure you are up to speed with your administration and legislation knowledge.

Temporary Payroll Support:

If your permanent staff are unable to process your payroll we can carry out your processing on a temporary basis.
